So, in 2020 I began an exercise program. I’ve dieted off and on during this time. Last year, I went from 300+ to 225 lbs. I am at 250 at present and descending again. It’s a yo-yo effect, but I don’t let weight gain get in my head. I just renew my efforts, put my best foot forward, and work to be better.
I have a strong feeling that, this time next week, I’ll be down to 245.
